Forme classiche e materiali novecenteschi per un progetto assolutamente contemporaneo e non convenzionale. Le lampade Con.tradition dell’architetto e designer Sara Bernardi prodotte da Opinion Ciatti sono interpretazioni metaforiche per l’indoor di un concetto pubblico e urbano di illuminazione. Tre diverse dimensioni e differenti tipi di installazione rappresentano una versione stilisticamente raffinata della forma del lampione e collaborano a creare interni in cui la luce senza veli veste gli spazi attraverso le sagome esili di metallo lavorato. Sono figure strecciate in una tensione spazio-temporale.
Eleganti e formose rievocano un passato immaginifico in giochi d’ombra e proiezioni sottili. Sara Bernardi esprime una classicità intrinseca nella sua poliedrica personalità di architetto romano. Sottesa e profondamente contemporanea è la flessibilità composta delle lampade da terra. La contaminazione è nella forma allargata quella delle lanterne cinesi. Le immagini si mescolano e le vediamo passare da oriente a occidente attraverso questo progetto raffinato e attraverso gli occhi di Sara professionista molto apprezzata a Pechino dove tutt’ora lavora.

Classic shapes and twentieth-century materials for an unconventional and absolutely contemporary project.
The Con.tradition lamps by the architect and designer Sara Bernardi, produced by Opinion Ciatti, are metaphorical interpretations for the concept of public indoor and urban lighting.
Three different sizes and different types of installations represent a stylistically refined version of the lamp shape and they work together to create interiors in which the light unveiled dress up the spaces through the tender silhouettes of wrought metal. These are unplaited figures into a space-time voltage. Elegant and shapely, these figures recall an highly imaginative past in games of shadow and thin projections.Sara Bernardi expresses a classicism inherent in its multi-faceted personality of Roman architect.The orderly flexibility of floor lamps is underlying and deeply contemporary.The contamination is in the enlarged form of the Chinese lanterns.The images are mixed and we can see them move from east to west through this refined project and through the eyes of Sara, professional artist highly appreciated in Beijing where she still works.
